ABOUT

She's the First*{East Carolina} is the ECU chapter of She's the First, a national nonprofit organization that raises money to provide scholarships to girls in 11 low-income countries so they can be the first in their families to graduate from school.

Despite starting our chapter only last spring, we have raised over $4000 and are currently supporting 8 girls, four from Nepal (pictured above) + four from Uganda (1st of 4 at left).

Check us out on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram!
